If I could give the company 100 stars I would.
We have used a few different company’s for moving states and the 2 gentleman who came to our property in Tara were outstanding by far the best experience we have ever had moving. And trust me we had a few shockers.
The wrapping of our belongings where incredible every item was wrapped professionally and the 2 gentleman where professional and pleasant to talk with.
Would highly recommend Premier Removals.

Michael and team were able to help me at last minute notice (3 weeks booking) The team arrived earlier than expected, to a house with more items than expected and it was no problem. A third body was dropped off during the day as I had underestimated the sizing (I had a large 5 bedroom 2 storey house with items in garage and shed) The team worked with next to no rest breaks to then deliver items 40kms away and unload everything in the same day. An outstanding job with outstanding results and not one single item broken (which is rare when moving) Would happily use again and recommend to anyone.

Recently widowed I thought this would be hard. Michael was so understanding and sent Adam(awesome) and his crew(awesome too). I didn’t have to do a thing. We were unsure who to trust with our move from Ormeau to Charters Towers. Michael was recommended by someone we knew. From very beginning, he proved invaluable with sorting out how to get our household, work equipment & motorbike all moved in one load. Mammoth effort by the crew who loaded it under Michael’s experienced supervision. The team arrived on time, loaded efficiently and our truckload arrived at destination as promised. Adam drove the truck with our valued load and single handidly unloaded the truck with such a good attitude, he worked non stop and was a very experienced removalist. Michael,’s quote was really detailed so we knew what our outlay would be. Pricing was comparable with our other quotes but the personal service we received was excellent. The worst removalist I ever see in my life, they got no experience, I ask for a simple 3 bedrooms moving and they come with a small truck with no blankets and nothing to protect my belongings! I definitely not recommend that company for anyone! They even trustable, some of my values are missing… DONT HIRE THEN

October 2023 moved from west of Brisbane to Mackay. Our gear was picked up on the Thursday and delivered the following Monday (we expected Tuesday but Monday was a nice surprise). Everything, including some fragile pieces, was well wrapped and protected and made it unscathed. Fantastic service, very professional. Highly recommend Michael and his business.

Michael and his team of merry men were the perfect team to support our business. We are an interstate stylist company and we furnished a Brisbane clients house with his assistance, and nothing was ever too hard. They were professional, fast, efficient, friendly and respectful of all my items. They went “above and beyond” when the lift in my new premises broke down and they carried the remaining items up 7 floors (not flights) of stairs!

I booked 2 months in advance and was notified 20 mins before planned arrival that there was a "slight mix up" and would be delayed. The delay was 4 hours. Turned up with a truck that was clearly sourced last minute and not fit for the job. Even though I had previously confirmed the truck would be big enough to fit everything in, it was not. I had to return the following day with a friend that had a suitable vehicle to finish the job. A simple moving job made very difficult for me. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

You used a shipping container on the back of a truck. One of the bedrooms in my 4 bed house is completely empty of furniture so I wonder what kind of 5 bed house your truck would be suitable for? The small items your refer to were a 1.8m shelving unit, all plants and several house items that were enough to fill the hard canopy of a single cab 79 series Landcruiser. You made no effort to discuss the requirements of the move and therefore I assumed you were equipped to do so as my previous experiences with other companies supplied trucks more than capable. Corey and Daniel were assigned to move our belongings from Carseldine to South Ripley. They arrived on time and were extremely careful with our belongings. The job was completed to an excellent standard! All I have to comment is that the final invoice is calculated per hour, although the initial quote was for 5 hours, overall the job blew out to 8 hours. So if you do use these guys just be realistic that the job time may blow out. I do add that the job time didn’t blow out due to breaks and the like, both Corey and Daniel worked their ringers off and were excellent! I definitely recommend if you want a professional service! Cheap service ain’t good, good service ain’t cheap!

Michael and Jason turned up and just got it done. Moved a 3 beddy with ease and smiled the whole time. Can't even order a feed at a food court these days without customer service having a wince but these dudes were professional.

The first move was a large move (60% to storage and 40% to a CBD apartment) and I was immediately impressed with Michael wanting to understand my requirements and to keep the time and cost down as much as possible. The 2 teams with 2 trucks arrived on time and were extremely enthusiastic, professional and with humor. A very long and hot day but the whole move went very smoothly, everything was wrapped & handled carefully and with no damages.
The other 2 moves have been small moves and at very short notice. Once again Michael has been extremely accomodating and has organised the moves to fit in our our busy schedule.
Would highly recommend Premier Removals to everyone and we will definitely be using them again.

$2,000 to move a 3/4 full 20 foot container from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast??? Unfortunately I trusted this guys integrity as I know him. A piece of my antique sofa bed was broken and was obviously stood on. The driver said a ute made them swerve!!! The owner, Michael Leslie, didn't even respond to me when I notified him. This terrible little man left me a review, Brisbane Bookkeepers & Taxation Services, which is 90% defamatory. I will keep you updated however don't hold your breath.

I don't often leave reviews but this is one business that does deserve a recommendation. We've used them twice to move house now, the first time with Michael himself and one of his guys, and the second time with another two man crew. Both times they have been efficient, punctual and accommodating. We have had zero breakages with them. I can't really ask for more than that really. I recommend them to all my friends now.

I needed to move some items in storage and at my current flat to a new unit in the CBD. The difficulty in moving had to do with collecting items at multiple locations and arrive to unload my items in a time window set by the new facility manager.
I contacted Premier removals and Michael was very helpful in providing times and understanding my requirements. He was transparent with pricing when proving the quote.
On the day of the move, Michael and his team were on time and provided clear communication about where they were during the process. The team were very professional handling items and careful. The team were enthusiastic, professionally dressed and approachable for conversation.
I only had a few items to move, however they were well prepared with equipment to protect items during transportation and efficiently move.
I don't want to move anytime soon but I will be definitely calling Premier Removals to make the job easier next time..

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Michael and Jason. They moved us smoothly and efficiently from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. They took the time to do a call out and discuss fixed vs hourly rate which was a great service. They were friendly, supportive, perceptive and caring of our needs, especially as we were moving with 2 children under 2. Cots, change tables and fridge were prioritised to minimise disruption. Amazing. They were supportive at the upload and offload and just kept on working through the heat of the afternoon. No damages or scratches to report, an easy move all round.

SO SO glad I found the guys at Premier Removals. Right from the start, Michael was so professional and easy to deal with, he answered all of my questions promptly, provided me with great tips for moving and even came by to deliver some boxes, tape and packing paper to get us started!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. You know when a moving company outs they much effort and time into the little things on their webpage they've taken care of ALL the big things. Timely. Polite and respectful with us and our stuff. Not a nick or mark or scrape on the walls.

I used Premier Removals after seeing a flyer in the lobby of my building and had a great experience. Jason and Adam arrived early and ended up finishing quicker than the quoted time, but the best part was their attention to detail by leaving all my boxes in the correct rooms, hooking up my front loader and Jason promising my daughter he’d take special care of her dolls house. It was incredible, honestly the best and most stress free move I've ever experienced. There was so much detail, with the wrapping and packing of items, care taken and interaction throughout the process. Every piece arrived undamaged, and was moved into a brand new home without damage any walls or floors etc. Will definitely use again and recommend to all.
